Description Neuro-ophthalmic consequences of paraneoplasia may involve multiple aspects of the afferent visual pathway from the uvea to the optic nerve and the efferent pathways for eye movement.1-6 It is important to understand the spectrum of signs and symptoms that can result from a tumor-stimulated immune process in order to both suspect, diagnose and treat these diseases.
