| Description |
To develop a competent burn nurse, our center created an online curriculum that focused on the ABA burn nurse competencies and unit specific education. All nurses were required to take a knowledge based preassessment quiz prior to the implementation of the updated curriculum. Sixty six nurses scored an average of 75%. This demonstrates all burn nurses can benefit from participating in the updated curriculum. |
