C. Sir: There is transmitted herewith a letter which is largely self-explanatory. This letter has been signed by a large number cf Indians of this reservation, the head men of three bands coming under this jurisdiction. On January 25, 1925, the Superlntendent met in council with these Indians for the purpose of having :. full ;s who visited ./ashington the latter in December, 1925. Accoraingly, in the fall of 1921 Messrs. Diehard ',';. Young-and Ashby D. ^oyls, of-Salt lake City, -visited this reser- • vation and met with the Indians.
