UHS Girls' League Christmas Dance

The photographs were taken for the 1952 edition of the Uintah High School yearbook. They are on page 66. The subject of this page is the annual Girls' League Christmas Dance themed "Silver Bells." The photograph in the top left corner is of Marilyn Michl and Gary McCarrel who were crowned King and Queen of the dance. The photograph in the center right of the page is of some of the students participating in the floorshow. They were: Joan Johnson, Jennie Lou Johnson, Judy Montgomery, Julane Goodrich, Aloma Hatch, and Lana Abegglen. Jeanne Sunquist directed the floorshow. The photograph in the bottom left corner is of Judy Waite leading Queen Marilyn Michl to the dance's throne Note: Gloria Schaefermeyer sang "Silver Bells."
