Documents issued December 10, 1993, prepared by Environcon, Inc., for Kennecott Utah Copper's Plant Projects Group, the final air monitoring report and the final health and safety report for the sludge removal project at the Bingham Large Reservoir. Also correspondence between Kennecott and the EPA District 8 office, and mid-month and end-of-month project status reports. Included as part of the December 1993 Kennecott document package entitled, "Notice of completion and final report for Kennecott work activities related to the administrative order on consent for sludge removal action in Large Bingham Reservoir site no. R3." The first parts of this report are in folders 4 and 5. The administrative order on consent is in Box 42, folder 2, images 89 to 114. The work plan is in Box 37, folder 6.
