This was a small neighborhood market built in 1940. The market was leased in 1958 by Bill & Shirley Crocker and lived in the house attached to the store on Glenn Street. They purchased the market four years later and Shirley operated it until 1983. The Crockers still own the store but it is not used as a market at this time. (See Faces of Murray) |
