Description
As demonstrated in the video, there is conjugate spontaneous horizontal jerk nystagmus alternating between leftward and rightward directions at irregular intervals, consistent with Aperiodic Alternating Nystagmus. This contrasts with Periodic Alternating Nystagmus, in which directional changes occurs periodically with regular intervals.
