Pathology Vasogenic edema
Disease/Diagnosis Nocardia brainstem abscess
Clinical VA: 20/25 OU
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Headache; right-sided arm, leg and facial numbness
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment IV steroids
