Description Here, we present a case of a 62 year-old male with vision loss in the right eye, headaches, and neck/shoulder/temporal pain, found to have choroidal hypoperfusion and diagnosed with giant cell arteritis (GCA). In combination with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy and cotton wool spots, choroidal hypoperfusion defects are a cardinal sign of GCA.
