Additional Information |
The University of Utah moved to its present location in 1900 and the first four buildings were erected in 1901 and 1902, followed by the administration building in 1914. Second South Street was extended to them and ended in a circle. Later the lower half of the circle became walkways and the access street given a new U-shaped arrangement. The old buildings and later additions were eventually renamed for early University presidents, hence the name |
