Richard Milhous Nixon (January 9, 1913 - April 22, 1994) was the 37th President of the United States, serving from 1969 to 1974. The only president to resign the office, Nixon had previously served as a US representative and senator from California and as the 36th Vice President of the United States from 1953 to 1961. Republican Sherman P. Lloyd served in the United States House of Representatives from 1966 to 1972. His collection of photographs are from his term in office and include portraits of himself and his wife, photos of Lloyd with national Republican political figures, the Congressional delegation from Utah, Lloyd with supporters and constituents in Utah, and Lloyd at various political functions |
