Additional Information Stern view of destroyer USS Benham (DD-397) on left, and attack personnel ship USS Fuller (AP-14) on right. This is probably on late afternoon of 8 August 1942 following Japanese air raids on the transport group off Guadalcanal. USS Fuller's sister ship, USS George F. Elliot (AP-13) was sunk that day by a Japanese bomber.
