A two-year $100,000 grant has been awarded to Robert L. Lux, Ph.D., at the University of Utah School of Medicine, for research into possible links between the brain's electrical signals and abnormal cardiac function in patients at risk of experiencing potentially lethal arrhythmias or sudden cardiac death. Lux is a professor of internal medicine in the Division of Cardiology. |
