Description Energy exudes from Norma J. Sheffer, a vivacious grandmother who acts like she has the vigorous heart of a teenager. "I'm a fanatic with exercise. I ride my bike five miles while I watch Oprah on t.v. and exercise 20 minutes during the evening news," said Mrs. Sheffer, finishing the needlepoint on a sweatshirt that reads, "Exercise for the fun of it!" "Every morning, a couple of girls and I walk three to five miles. We walk a 15-minute mile. That's nothing to write home about, but I'm 59 and I had a heart transplant. So I guess maybe it is.
