Richard J. Sperry, M.D., Ph.D., has been appointed associate vice president for health sciences at the University of Utah, in charge of academic administration for the health sciences center. His responsibility will focus on academic administration, policy and procedures compliance, faculty appointments, retention, promotion and tenure. Sperry will retain his School of Medicine faculty position as associate professor of anesthesiology and adjunct associate professor of neurosurgery. |
