Stain: May-Grnwald-Giemsa (MGG). (A) shows a reticular cell that has phagocytosed several erythrocytes (*). The cell is surrounded by darkly stained expulsed nuclei. In (B) a similar cell has phagocyized blood platelets (arrows). |
