Description Stain: May-Grnwald-Giemsa (MGG). (1) A plasma cell with vacuoles (containing Ig), basophilic cytoplasm and a clear halo (Golgi apparatus) in a bone marrow film. (2) represents a young polychromatic erythroblast. (3) neutrophilic myelocyte, and (4) is a cluster of platelets.
