| Comment |
The lower, right corner of the building sign says, "318 South State," and the number nine is painted on the right side of the building, but neither of these addresses correspond to one listed in the 1910 city directory. According to the directory, the Porter-Walton Company had two locations, 9-13 South 300 West and 272 South State Street, plus a warehouse located at 522 South 300 West. It is uncertain which building is actually pictured here. |
