Description |
The old paper mill at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon was erected in 1882-83 by the Church in order to supply paper for the Deseret News. The machinery for the mill came from the sugar mill in Sugar House. The walls of the building are still standing(1960). Drawing by Carlos Anderson, 1934. The original is owned by the Utah State Historical Society. 5998. |
