This belongs to the days of the Overland Stage & Pony Express, when the mail and all sorts of messages & packages were brought overland by a group of brave men who dared all kinds of frontier danger. Before the stage coach days it was a pony express station. Bromley Station, as it was called, was at the mouth of Echo Canyon at the site of Echo Reservoir. |
