Comment Ralph H. Peay, the donor of this photo, served in the CCC from 1935 to 1940 at the Hobble Creek and Rock Canyon Camps. The Hobble Creek and Rock Canyon CCC Camps worked in conjunction with the U. S. Forest Service (F). The Rock Canyon Camp also worked in conjunction with an unknown government entity (PE).
