Comment The Leeds Camps worked in conjunction with the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) and the U. S. Forest Service (F). The Pinto Camp worked in conjunction with the U. S. Forest Service (F) and the Enterprise Camp may have just been a spike camp of the Pinto or Leeds Camps.
