Description |
Hotel opened for business in 1947 at 120 East Main. The hotel had 60 guest rooms and included a barbershop, beauty shop, haberdashery, fountain, coffee shop and a restaurant. Vernal's first radio station was housed in the basement. When Hotel Vernal opened, it was said to be the finest small hotel in the United States. |
