Twenty-five women from different DUP camps helped paint fence, plant shrubs and flowers and prepared the ground to plant grass at the Little Rock Tithing House located at 55 North Vernal Avenue. Among the group are Rhoda Hatch, Caddie Oaks, Melba Eaton, Merle Oaks, Norma McLean, Hilda Morgan, Alice Allred, Leora Jacobe, Millie Haws, Oral Richens, and Hannah Rodeback. The Vernal City Officer is in the background. |
