Among the group are Rhoda Hatch, Caddie Oaks, Melba Eaton, Merle Oaks, Norma McLean, Hilda Morgan, Alice Allred, Leora Jacobe, Millie Haws, Oral Richens, and Hannah Rodeback. The Vernal City Officer is in the background.
