View of Sacajawea's and Jean-Baptiste Charbonneau's gravestones at Fort Washakie, Wyoming. The graves have been recently covered. Sacajawea's gravestone is a pillar of stone with a plaque placed on one face. Baptiste Charbonneau's gravestone has an arched shape. Iron bed frames stand in the cemetery, over other graves. Mountains of the Wind River Range are in the distance. |
