Note: Saqqara ... also spelled Sakkara ... is a vast, ancient burial ground in Egypt, serving as the necropolis for the ancient Egyptian capital, Memphis.--Wikipedia. Note: Pepy II (c. 2278 - 2184 BC), king, Sixth Dynasty, Old Kingdom. Pepy is said to have been the longest-reigning monarch in history, occupying the throne of Egypt for ninety-four years. If this is so, he was a hundred years old when he died. He was buried in a pyramid at Saqqara inscribed with the Pyramid Texts.--Who's Who in Ancient Egypt, Routledge, Credo Reference Database.
