The Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), in partnership with the University of Utah (UofU), conducted a comprehensive statewide maternal and child health (MCH) needs assessment to identify needs and guide the selection of strategic priorities for the 2025-2030 Title V Block Grant cycle. This assessment engaged over 4,000 Utahns-including healthcare professionals, public health leaders, parents, caregivers, and youth-through surveys, key informant interviews (KIIs), focus group discussions (FGDs), and participatory summits. |
