Description |
Bill Muse discusses his move to Boulder, Utah, in 1995 and his subsequent eight years as Mayor. He shares details about the historic Peterson Place ranch, which he bought and preserved for agricultural use, and the community's active participation in town meetings. Muse also recounts his extensive experience with horses, including his career training racehorses and the different saddles he and his family have used. A significant portion of the interview is dedicated to a severe riding accident that led to a life-changing recovery period at Calf Creek, and how this experience ultimately led him and his wife to settle in Boulder. He also describes his unique method of horse training based on Native American teachings and shares a heartwarming story about gifting a racehorse to a 4-H girl. |
