Abstract Mr. Steve Brown was a creative writing major in college. After finishing, he became a teacher and taught on the Navajo reservation for eight years. For a short time, he worked at the mushroom plant in Fillmore. Currently, he teaches at White River Academy, a therapeutic boarding school for boys. Mr. Brown is a poet and creative writer. He also enjoys gardening, and other creative endeavors.
