Utah) FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE WASHINGTON, - Senator Frank E. Moss (D-Utah) Tuesday announced cosponsorship of an amendment to the Health, Education and Welfare appropriations bill to increase funds for maintenance of schools in Federally aile cted areas. Senator Moss said: t'For many years, to Congress has appropriated funds help pay the cost of education in areas whose financial burdens are increased by the need to provide schools for the children of Federal employees, and by the fact that Federal installations provide no tax base.
