Seen here is an example of superior oblique myokymia involving the left eye, in a patient presenting with monocular oscillopsia OS and transient (and simultaneous) binocular vertical diplopia. MRI was unrevealing, without clear evidence of neurovascular contact involving the 4th nerve.
