Description Description: Plains Indian late 1800s to early 1900s stone war club. Formed with a ground and polished, elliptical black stone, with a drilled hole on the bottom to hold the shaped end of a wooden handle which is covered in rawhide and beaded with white, blue, and yellow horizontal stripes. Handle attached to stone by the hold and encircling rawhide strip.. Depth 0, Width 12.7, Length 54.61 Centimeters
