Description The most common pituitary masses are generally benign pituitary adenomas, meningiomas, craniopharyngiomas, and Rathke's cell cleft tumors. The incidence of pituitary metastases among all intracranial metastases is 0.87% and account for less than 1% of operative sellar tumors with breast, lung, renal, and prostate as the primary malignancy.
