Description A 49-year-old Caucasian male presented to the eye clinic complaining of acute onset blurred and distorted vision in the right eye that started 2 weeks prior to presentation. He stated that the blurriness is a specific spot in the right eye 20 degrees to the right of central vision. The disturbance is worse when he is looking at certain objects but appears to be constantly present without changes in size and area. Denies flashes or floaters. He denies issues in the left eye. He denies any noticeable inciting events or trauma. No other vision complaints. The patient has no past ocular or medical history, is not on any medications currently, and a thorough review of systems was negative. Patient is a full-time attorney. Patient denies tobacco use or elicit drug use.
