This one and a half story cross wing type house very common in Utah has been modified over the years however the general layout and design of the house remains the same. The house is constructed of adobe brick manufactured in the southern Utah area. Two steeply gabled roofs join to form a ninety degree angle which creates the cross wing type. Two small additions have been added to both the front and rear of the house. The original entrance once located at the front has been moved to the side. This was done to move the main house traffice from State St. located on that side of the house. A small porch has been added were the front door was. The central chimney is also indicative of the cross wing type of house.
