She interviewed both Stuart and government officials to understand their differing opinions. Handicapped Centers [0:15:13]: This section is a follow-up to the Steve Stewart story about the different issues confronting disability and accessibility and the need for a self-help program to promote living independently and changing the policy on disability housing. It ends with Lucky Severson interviewing Diane Orr about the segment. Abortion [0:22:43]: Diane Orr interviews DR, a woman who has used welfare-paid abortions, and Lloyd Frandsen, the government official fighting against state-paid abortions. It concludes with the lawsuit stating that there is no legal obligation by the state to pay for abortions.
