Steve Stewart [0:00:00]: Diane Orr explores Steve Stewart's struggle with the Federal and State governments to change the treatment of people with disabilities. She interviewed both Stuart and government officials to understand their differing opinions. Handicapped Centers [0:15:13]: This section is a follow-up to the Steve Stewart story about the different issues confronting disability and accessibility and the need for a self-help program to promote living independently and changing the policy on disability housing. It ends with Lucky Severson interviewing Diane Orr about the segment. Abortion [0:22:43]: Diane Orr interviews DR, a woman who has used welfare-paid abortions, and Lloyd Frandsen, the government official fighting against state-paid abortions. It concludes with the lawsuit stating that there is no legal obligation by the state to pay for abortions.
