In this presentation, we demonstrate a clinical case of congenital Horner syndrome (also called oculosympathetic paresis, or Horner's syndrome) and discuss its etiology and workup. The presentation of congenital and acquired Horner syndrome can differ, and it is critical to be able to identify potential emergency diagnoses. |
