It has an area for a workshop in the west side of the building. The gable ends are novelty sided. There are glass blocks in the long (west) gable end and a wooden garage door in the short (south) gable end. The cinderblock portion of the garage appears to be an addition to the original and is probably out-of-period. The structure is considered not eligible to the NRHP. Impending Action: (general description of work to be completed) U.S. Route 89, between the intersections of I-1S (at the south end) and canbe Road (at the north end) is to be widened by the Utah Depa.rt:rrei1t of Transportation (DOOr). This project was part of an Environnental Impact Staterrent (EIS) to detennine the existance of eligible properties within the study area.
