Description A 19-year-old without significant medical or ocular history presented with gradually progressive decreased vision in both eyes over approximately 3 years, with more prominent vision limitations in the last year. He recalled seeing well in childhood, including color plates tested at school screenings. He was seen outside 3 months prior to being seen at our institution.
