Description A 23-year-old previously healthy woman presented with 2 days of severe headache, generalized seizures, ataxia, encephalopathy and for the last 8 weeks she had abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting culminating in a 40 lb weight loss. Initially intubated and sedated for respiratory compromise, then stabilized and eventually extubated.
