Description A 5-year-old previously healthy boy was brought to the emergency room by his mother for evaluation of decreased vision and frequent bumping into things for the past week. He had been seen in the emergency room 5 months prior for evaluation of frontal headache, lethargy and emesis. CT head at that time was read as showing an incidental arachnoid cyst but was otherwise negative. His symptoms resolved within a week with supportive measures. In the emergency room, he was hemodynamically stable but was noticed to have poor visual fixation and wide based gait.
