Description A 17 year-old boy presented emergently in September 2022 with blurred vision in both eyes and new right upper limb weakness. Five years earlier, he had developed acute headache and vomiting. MRI brain showed a partially cystic suprasellar mass (Figure 1). He underwent cyst fenestration in October 2017 but had recurrence of headache in January 2018 and an MRI showing regrowth of the cyst (Figure 2).
