Description A 25 year-old healthy female noted transient visual dimming OS 2 months prior to presentation. Local examination revealed acuity 20/40 and red desaturation OS, while MRI demonstrated left optic nerve enhancement. She was treated with intravenous methylprednisolone for 3 days for a diagnosis of optic neuritis with minimal improvement. CSF was normal without oligoclonal bands.
