Subject Optic Neuropathy
Description In the US, large retrospective series and recent clinical trials of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) included mostly white patients, raising concern for the generalization of the results across all races and ethnicities. We aim to describe the race distribution in NAION, and specifics of the clinical characteristics of black NAION patients in two large centers.
