Description Monitoring patients with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) who have optic atrophy may be difficult as papilledema may not be appreciable on ophthalmoscopy. This retrospective chart review is the first study to evaluate whether recurrence of papilledema can be detected in this population using peripapillary optical coherence tomography (OCT).
