Mechanical contractor to familiarize themselves with the existing systems (heating and cooling), repiar any damaged or nonfunctioning units (equipment, ducts, etc.), move any duct works and diffusers that will become non-functional due to wall changes to new locations that will insure a smooth functional air flow. 2. Contractor provide the owner with all materials and labor to insure system will meet or exceed the national, state, and local codes. 3. Contractor to provide the owner with warranties on new equipment and a list of instructions on the operation and maintenance of the system. 4. Any of the existing diffusers that are damaged will be replaced. -- Plumbing contractor to provide the new janitorial sink and handicap fountain, will move and reset fixtures if required, will inspect all existing systems and repair or replace any materials or equipment that does not meet existing codes. This includes gas piping to furnaces or refrigerated air systems. -- All heat diffusers that will be covered by the new floor, under raised floor to be extended to top of new floor. -- Offices along this hall (both sides) needs to have cold air returns installed. |
