Vernal City Office Blue Prints, 445 East Main, Vernal, Utah (Sheet 8) - Sheet 8 Proposed Electrical -- Utah -- Vernal -- Contractor to provide owner with a list showing type and number of fixtures for each room based on note #1 below. -- Notes: 1. There will be 100 foot candles at the desk tops in all offices. 50 foot candles in halls entry foyer and storage rooms. 2. There will be 3 floor outlets in the Payments - Bookeeping area, location by owner. 3. Existing panel boxes to be removed and a new ang installed in storage room as shown. 4. Computer system to have dedicated lines. Locations of outlets to be located by owner. 5. All outlet boxes need to be triplex boxes. If existing boxes are tri-plex they will need to be resist to match new sheetrock. 6. All materials will conform to the national, state, and local codes. 7. Contractor to use existing conduit where posible and conduits will be tagged as to content. i.e. power, computer, etc. 8. Owner to mark location of telephone jack. 9. Lights in offices to be recessed and operated bya photo sensor. 10. Owner will purchase the microphone system and show location for mic and operating equipment, contractor to install. 11. Stub 2" conduit out front of building under ground for yard lighting. |
