Vernal City Office Blue Prints, 445 East Main, Vernal, Utah (Sheet 3) -- Sheet 3 Demolition Drawing -- Utah -- Vernal -- Door will have to be sawn through block wall. --- Remove counter and Existing Floor tile -- Remove Window -- Electrical panel to be moved -- Wall to be removed by owner and a glue lam. beam. May be required as a header. -- Notes: 1. Remove all existing carpet throughout building. Contractor to examine total subfloor and replace any subflooring that is loose, seperating or damage. Replacement of subflooring will be handled with change orders. 2. Contractor will share up ceiling and roof trusses 4' each side of opening being removed until a new header for doors is constructed. 3. Remove all existing light fixtures. Circuits located in walls that are to be moved or removed will be ended or spliced inside closed bones inside walls. Wiring that will be used in functional circuits may have to be replaced if so remove existing wires in those ruins. 4. All existing damaged ceiling tile and unreparable sheet rock will be removed. 5. Remove all damaged heating/Air conditioning diffusers. 6. Architectural tile on floors throughout building to be removed. 7. Ceramic tile in rest rooms to be removed. 8. Electrical panels in halls to be removed. -- Note: contractor to verify all measurements |
