Description Patients with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein-IgG-associated-disease (MOGAD) can present with varied neurologic manifestations, including relapsing optic neuritis. Optical Computed Tomography (OCT) has been shown to be a sensitive biomarker for damage in adult patients with MOG IgG-positive optic neuritis, but OCT findings in pediatric patients with MOG optic neuritis have not yet been well-characterized.
