Description Thyroid eye disease (TED) is often characterized by enlargement of extraocular muscles (EOM) and orbital fat, causing proptosis and EOM dysmotility. Previous studies have investigated dysmotility and EOM size based on measurements of EOM diameter.[1] We aimed to characterize the relationship between EOM size and dysmotility through volumetric and density analysis.
